So maybe everyone's one step further from marrying Ian Somerhalder, but at least they have more material to pretend?

Wife Nikki revealed previously undisclosed details about the pair's wedding in the October '15 issue of "Brides". Despite the wedding being a secret, it was a well thought-out affair.

"We wanted a Louisiana backyard-barbecue feel, with food stations and a dance floor for our closest friends and family," the star revealed, trying to recreate the vibes at the event. "It really was all about the food, the dancing, and the love. Ellis Hall sang the night away. Live music is so important to us, and we couldn't imagine anyone but Ellis there with us."

Of course, what's a wedding without the dress? The actress spared no details as she tried to describe the work that went into the gorgeous one-of-a-kind gown. "Claire was an absolute dream to work with. Not only is she an amazing designer but she has the most wonderful energy. We were on the same page from the moment we met."

Thankfully, Reed also answered the question everybody was dying to know: Why keep it a secret? "We really wanted our wedding to be small, intimate, and about the two of us" she explained. "We didn't want our loved ones to show up with any expectations or squeezed into formal attire."
