What unfolded at the historic Charleston church in South Carolina on Wednesday has devastated an entire country. And as much as Americans want to move forward with our lives we are asked the same question that has haunted us since the first mass shooting in Columbine, Colorado. "What can we do to prevent this from happening again?"
