Someone finally figured out exactly what to do with Shia LaBeouf.

That man is Michael McNeff, a director and visual effects artist in Los Angeles. He took footage that LaBeouf had posted on Twitter and turned it into a TED Talk – the most amazing TED Talk ever.

LaBeouf had participated in a project for a group of university students. He tweeted the footage of himself yelling extremely motivational advice at an insanely intense level that prior to this, could only be achieved by crossbreeding J.K. Simmons in Whiplash with Samuel L. Jackson yelling at you to get your life together.

If this doesn't scare the shit out of you and get your ass moving on Monday morning, nothing ever will.
