A runaway dog furiously trying to evade his owner ran through busy streets in Hollywood as the female owner looked on in horror.

Luckily for her, there were some good samaritan paparazzi who cornered the dog and swiftly rescued the pup from being in some serious danger.

Special apologizes to the homeless man (wearing a purple eye mask) we woke up in the pursuit of the dog. And another special thanks to Baby Jesus – without you none of this is possible.

UPDATE – It was not the owner of the dog that was seen carrying away the rescued pup but a friend who was watching the dog.
